This evaluation is based on the RCI member comment card ratings and an independent assessment of resort facilities, amenities and service. Only a small percentage of RCI affiliated resorts worldwide achieve this distinction. Club Mahindra resorts at Goa, Coorg, Munnar, Manali, Binsar Kumbhalgarh, Dharamshala, Thekkady and Naukuchiatal have received the RCI Gold Crown award. Terms and Conditions - (Sparsh)
- By using this website and/or participating, you agree to the Terms and Conditions
stated herein. Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully before participating
in any of the offers. MHRIL reserves the right to change and modify the terms and
conditions at any point in time without prior notice to - members.
- Some of the Alliance Partners and Merchants of MHRIL (Merchant Establishments
("ME")) desire to provide special offers through MHRIL’s Member Engagement Program
("MEP") to MHRIL’s members
- MHRIL is providing only an opportunity / platform for its members to participate
in the Offers provided by the MEs. All products/Services/ events/ experiences are
provided to members solely by the MEs. MHRIL gives no warranty on quality, reliability
or otherwise (whether expressly or implied) whatsoever with respect to the product/
services/ events/ experiences offered by the MEs under the Program. Participation
in these offers is voluntary, and open to all members with a valid mailing address
And whose membership account does not reflect any dues. There is no relationship
of Vendor and Purchaser between MHRIL and the Member in the case of sale by ME.
- MHRIL reaffirms to the members that there is no compulsion on the part of the
members to participate in the MEP and any participation in the MEP is purely at
the discretion of the members,
- It is clarified that advantage for the members in participating in MEP is that
the products of ME are sold at the discounted rate compare to the market rate and
for the same this platform is provided as a value addition to its members without
any additional liability to MHRIL
- The warranty and guarantees as applicable on products/vouchers of the deals is
the sole responsibility of the MEs of MHRIL. ME means any or all of the present
or future entities, merchants, shops, departmental stores, airlines, hotels, restaurants,
car rental companies and other participating establishments, whether with online
or offline presence, in agreement with MHRIL
- The deals/price of the Offers are always subject to availability of the product
at the time of order and the ME is completely responsible for the non availability/
delay in delivery/ damage/ loss in transit of the products at the time of order
or at the time of delivery. MHRIL will not be liable for any delay in delivery of
the goods/ services.
- The information and details with regard to the offers on products and services
are provided in good faith and to best of MHRIL’s knowledge. The images may/ may
not be an accurate representation of the actual product and could be indicative
of the model. MHRIL requests its members to reference the model number and check
the exact details of the product offered with the ME
- MHRIL will not entertain any complaint of non-receipt of products. Any complaint
in this regard shall be taken up by the Members with the relevant ME only
• MHRIL makes no warranty in any respect as to any product, quality, suitability
for any purpose; or otherwise. Member must strictly follow the MEs’ designated procedures
to exchange defective items or merchandise. Under no circumstances will the item
be refunded or exchanged for cash
- Air travel rewards, if any, are subject to availability and normal airline conditions
of carriage and all terms and conditions of the respective Airline company shall
apply
- Selection of products & price offered for deals is and will be at the sole discretion
of MHRIL and is liable to change without notice
- ME clarifies that Orders once placed cannot be canceled or withdrawn or changed
MHRIL will not be liable for:-
- Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the Government of India or
any other authority or body or any other participating establishment which may arise
or accrue to the member as aforesaid or otherwise as a result of this scheme shall
be to the sole account of member.
- MHRIL will not be held responsible where any ME withdraws, cancels, alters or
amends these products/services offered nor is MHRIL responsible for changes to,
or discontinuance of, any ME product, merchandise, or service, from the Program,
or for any effect on or devaluation of deals caused by such change, discontinuance,
or withdrawal
- MHRIL does not accept liability and shall not be liable for any loss or direct,
indirect, incidental or consequential damage to persons or property whatsoever caused
in relation to deals/products or services used by participants in the Program.
- LIMITATION ON WARRANTIES: The products/services under the program is provided
"AS-IS" described by the ME without any warranty whatsoever and except for the opportunity/platform
for its members to participate in the offers provided by our MEs as aforesaid, MHRIL
makes no promises, representations or warranties, whether expressed or implied,
whether by statute, common law, custom, usage or otherwise, regarding or relating
to the product or service or content therein or to any other material furnished
or provided to you pursuant to this agreement or otherwise. MHRIL makes no warranty
that the product/service will be error free or free from interruption or failure,
or its quality, suitability for any purpose; or otherwise. To the maximum extent
permitted by applicable law, MHRIL disclaims all warranties, either express or implied,
including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement
of third party rights, integration, satisfactory quality or fitness for any particular
purpose with respect to the product and the accompanying written materials or the
use thereof
- LIMITITATION ON LIABILITY: In no event shall MHRIL be responsible for any
indirect, special, exemplary, incidental, consequential, punitive or tortuous damages
resulting from the breach of this agreement or based on warranty, contract or tort
inclusive of loss of business or profits or third party claims or similar other
claims
- MHRIL reserves the right to update the price system at any time if it deems any
future circumstance warrant such a decision
- MHRIL reserves the right to remove, alter, modify, change, suspend or discontinue
any graphic, banner, item or text or any aspect of Program without prior notice.
Submissions prior to the effective date of the change or cancellation of the Program
will be honored within a period of 90 business days
- Gift/ Discounts/ other vouchers if, featured in this Program always carry a validity
period, post which these vouchers will not be honoured. Please ensure you read the
terms and conditions pertaining to each voucher.
- Some offers may generate an authorization number/ pin number, on registration.
This pin number shall be sent to the member as well as the ME/ service provider
against which the offer can be availed of at the ME establishment.
- Members agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MHRIL and its affiliates,
directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any and all liability,
claims, losses, damages, injuries or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees)
brought by a third party in any dispute between Member and ME.
- All logos & trademarks, service marks, copyrights and other forms of Intellectual
Property are owned by the respective companies (partners / merchants of MHRIL) who
provide such value added service as featured in the program.
- The MEP offer access ceases to exist as and when there is an overdue of any form
of payments or when the membership is suspended or terminated for whatsoever reasons.
- Members agree to provide such information as may be required by MHRIL from time
to time for smooth delivery . The member provides his details including payment
instructions like credit/ debit/ charge card at his own risk.
- MHRIL shall not be liable in the event any of its MEs fails to fulfill any of
its obligation under this agreement due to flood, earthquake, storm, cyclone or
any other acts of God of similar nature, war strike, lockout, or governmental or
judicial or quasi-judicial policies/intervention/direction /prohibition or change
in law or for any other reasons beyond its control.
- A waiver of any of the terms and conditions by MHRIL shall not be deemed to be
a continuing waiver, but shall apply solely to the instances to which the waiver
is directed
- MHRIL will not be responsible for non-serviceability due to member residing in
a non serviceable area or moving out of serviced areas
- MHRIL at any time, without giving notice, change, modify and/or vary the terms
and conditions of MEP
- MHRIL shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect,
resulting from termination or change of MEP or any of its facilities, benefits
or arrangements which are made available to members, including without limitation,
MHRIL merchant's withdrawal or the withdrawal or limiting of any such services,
benefits or facilities
- Please ensure that your password is changed from time to time to maintain security
and avoid misuse
